I buy a coffee when traveling, I have learnt that it's usually not going to be that great. Yesterday I called into Sapphire cafe and asked for a large latte with almond milk. It was fantastic. Rich, smooth and delicious. What a contrast to others.

From the food to the service, this place is amazing. Honestly, it's probably one of the best in the far north. You step in, and you instantly feel like you're at home. Your eyes glue to the stack of baked pies and other fresh baked goodies that scream, devour me in one bite - they're that good! The people here are super friendly. The price you pay is nothing to what you get in return with quality and service. A must stop for locals or anyone passing through.

Always love popping in when we visit Okaihau. Service is always amazing, Marion is one of the lovely faces of Okaihau. My husband loved his bacon & egg pie and melting moment was delicious. I had the apple pie, hands down the best apple pie ever! Highly recommend 10/10. Great cafe, always delivers, great prices and even better customer service. Thank you!
